— You notify us within the return window
— The item is unused, in its original packaging, and in resalable condition
— The item arrived damaged or defective

Due to the collectible and limited nature of the AP x Swatch Royal Pop, all items are carefully inspected before dispatch. We ask that you inspect your order immediately upon delivery.

🚫 Non-Refundable Items
We cannot accept returns for:
— Used, worn, or handled items
— Items damaged due to misuse or improper handling
— Final sale or deeply discounted products

🔄 Return & Refund Process

If approved, we'll provide return details and the return address. Return shipping is the customer's responsibility, unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

Once we receive and inspect your return, your refund will be issued to the original payment method. Refunds may take 5–7 business days to appear, depending on your payment provider.
